I received an offer from DIETMAX for one months subscription for the cost of postage and packaging in September. The very same day i had a call from my banks fraud team to say this company was trying to take £87.95 from my account as well as the £3.95 postage and packaging. I immediately contacted them by email to cancel any subscription i had entered into with them. Since then they have taken £57.89 in Oct and another £48.33 in Nov from my account. I have tried and tried to contact them about this but keep getting told the office is closed or the line does not connect at all. I have to this day not received any product from this DietMax company. How can i get a refund from a company who do answer calls or respond to any communication whatsoever. I have had to cancel my bank card so they cannot take anymore money from my account.
