Taking more money than I agreed

I asked a question on the Just answer web site in April it was answered to my satisfaction and I opted to pay from the options given to me a total of £7.00. I have not used the web site since and yet every month the company Myjabill. ComCa take £7.00 from my account. How do I stop them? How do I get the money back?

I have emailed them with no reply.
