We bought a Panasonic Tv 19th June the TV was sold with a 5 year warranty. We completed the warranty form and sent it of to Panasonic, we received a reminder a coouple of weeks ago to tell us that or 12 month warranty had expired, after speaking with Panasonic we were told that had we not had a reply in 40 days we should have contacted them, unbeknowns to us we should have read the small print. We paid for a TV and 5 year warranty, we have spoken with Martin Dawes and Panasonic who have been less than helpful. can you tell us where we stand with this we only want what we have paid for.
