I ordered the complete set of Sue Thomas FB Eye series believing I was dealing with a company in the USA as a US flag always showed onscreen. However, the DVDs arrived from an address in China, the box is broken in transit, the first DVD plays but is clearly a pirated copy with adverts breaking in, and the sound is out of sync with the mouths. Very poor quality. The second DVD does not play and I have not tried the rest. The company has offered to replace the set but has not sent an address to send it back to. All I have is: original office Zhou Kou, from Su Hui Gary, city Zhou Kou, address He Nun Zhou Kou, and the Header shows EMS as the company name. The email addresses are [email protected] and [email protected] The cost showed as 75.94 which changed to £46.90 on my bank statement as from Fashion-X 16502300826 BEIJING CN492.09CNY
