I have brought a freview box (recorder), never seen anything on the website, that it was refurbished, it came in a grey boz with broken back and scratches in front. It doean't want to turn on or off sometimes. it doesn't record some programmes and keep pousing TV. I have tried to contact company with no results since September. Their phone is always busy and they do not replay to my e-mails.
