Charged twice

I have been charged twice for stying in this hotel for one night by mistake. Not enough they did not notice that. I still do not have full refund for 2 weeks. They use any excuse, like bank holiday and etc. I still have no confirmation that they have done it. Now I own bank money I do have expenses to pay bank for going over drawn.

They dont explain or help..

Any help here?
