I booked 1 night and 7 days parking with the Gatwick Hilton, for the 2nd of january i did this on there website, this was done on the 2nd October.
I did not recieve any confirmation, even though they took 189 out of my account.
So i rang Gatwick Hilton, and the response was! sorry we have no record of your reservation!
So by now i am thinking have i read my bank statement wrong.
But no it was right 189 airport parking.
I have got in contact with the customer services on the website, but they keep reffering me to someone else.
They took 189 out of my bank account, why would they have my bank details, if i had not booked a service with them?
Please help because i am not wealthy, i am a packer, i cannot afford for the Hilton to rob me.
