The management of HILTON HOTEL hereby congratulates you on your successful emergence based on detailed recruitment by our official recruitment consultants.

HILTON HOTEL RECRUITMENT SERVICES.

You have been employed as Front Office / Guest Relations Executive / Manager.

This letter embodies the approved terms for the purpose of this contract.

1.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL

You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced HILTON HOTEL team with the mandate to provide excellent services as stipulated)

2.0 SALARY INDICATION

YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE GBP 5, 900.00 (FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED POUNDS MONYHLY)

Funds can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the present tax situation of the Country.

3.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS

Hazard/Inconveniences: GBP 1, 000 .00 Pounds (Monthly)

Car Maintenance: GBP 500 Pounds (Monthly)

House & Furnishings: GBP 9, 000 Pounds (Yearly)

Entertainment & Recreation: GBP 950.00 Pounds (Monthly)

Travel & Events: GBP 1, 550.00 Pounds (Monthly)

4.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES .

Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to visa fee, you will be responsible for your visa and DHL delivery fee.

The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance after the Ten Days Orientation programmed before any employee of (HILTON HOTEL). Come down to her duty post officially, this is to enable HILTON HOTEL Staff settle all domestic needs which they incurred before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.

Payment of First Month’s salary is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money in his/her Bank account as the UNITED KINGDOM Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand (NEFSL)

5.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION

Newly recruited staff of HILTON HOTEL is expected to reside at the company’s Staff estate. There are FOUR BED-ROOM FLAT DUPLEX options for Employees to choose from,

Also, employees shall be expected to eat at the staff canteen free of charge, as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

6.0 OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER .

Computer resources: Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM, 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is also made available.

7.0 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WORK EMPLOYMENTS

i) That all expatriates contacted must submit their original certificates and credentials to the Human Resources /Recruitment Manager for screening as soon as they arrive UK.

ii) That the HILTON HOTEL will only be responsible for your ticket/and work permit document processing fee.

iv) That employee shall make him or herself available to resume work before 29nd OCTO.

These are strictly stated in the company MEMORANDUM and ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION and the company MODUS OPERANDI.

If the conditions stated above are acceptable to you, you are hereby directed to contact the designated travel consultant to embark on the processing of your relevant documents/immigration particulars to facilitate your travel to the UK for commencement of work and make cc to us to enable us back u up with employment letter.
