I emailed Pen Cottage B&B enquiring about prices last week. The manager Monica Kaye emalied me back speaking to me VERY rudely. She was sarcastic and said to me ''what is your problem'' Just because I mis-understood something she had said. She then said that she would never let me stay at her B&B because all I would do is complain about everything. For someone who works with the public she has very bad people skills and very bad customer service. The way she spoke to me was absolutly disgusting.
