I bought a ticket for my folks to the USA as I have done many times with this company. This time though I got a call about half an our later stating that my ticket had gone and I needed to pay extra for another tickets to which I said not to worry I'll try elsewhere. I asked about the payment already done and was told that the money hadn't gone through. I went elsewhere and paid slightly more only to find out that lycafly had taken the money anyway. I have tried to call tort my money back but the guys there have been rude and implied that I'm lying about the call even after several emails of my call logs to show that the call came from them. They won't even investigate. I'm not sure if there is a roulade agent there trying to get extra money of lf clients but the evidence is there and I am still waiting for it to be sorted let alone an apology.
