I have been in contact with Mr D Tiwari who needed my purchase information that I had to buy another suitcase in Canada and wanted banking details etc etc which I had submitted and they had said they would pay the costs but have not had any response since. I have sent another email but still no response. I have flown on other airlines and never had a problem. I was so pleased to see that they were willing to compensate me but now all is quiet my reference number is : 11310168. After this I don't think I would like to fly British Airways and I have told many people about this problem. They were so helpful up until now. I have many doctors I work with who have to fly all over but if this problem is not seen to I will take other steps.
