I ordered my husbands pipe tobacco in March 12, they were very quick to withdraw the required fee from my account but several weeks later still no tobacco. I emailed them repeatedly but was just ignored. Eventually I received an email saying that they were unable to get that brand of tobacco and could I order a different one. This I did, once again I waited for several weeks and nothing arrived. After numerous emails they once again said they couldn't get the second choice of tobacco, so I opted for a refund, I still haven't received my money back and it is 4 months since they took it from my account. I have sent hundreds of emails but they just ignore them. Advice please.
