I purchase a ticket from www.lastminute.com, I was hoping for all this to go through smoothly. Then I get e-mail saying that I need to verify my ID oh sure, I can do that not a problem? Then I get another e-mail saying thank you for verify my ID, and need to do a rebooking again, but I check my account and they had already (CHARGED) my banking account for the ammount of 1450$, but they want me to do a rebooking AGAIN!? hell no. so I had to go off to airline directly where I know its safer and bought my airline ticket for my holidays travels, I just couldnt risk it, with barely any money to spare now... with this, what type of gifts was I going to give my children now with lastminute taken out my money.
This is the copy of the e-mail lastminute.com sent me:
