Yes the same thing hapened to us likes so many on this website. We got a reservation at a hotel for 7 days. Immagine going out of the country and no place to stay. Our attempts to contact them were VERY FRUSTARTING and in vein. There is no way to contact them by phone and our email address was automatically black listed on their mail server. Now we get the following message even when we use their web site to send the email:
