Kathy rented us a furnished apartment in Nice that was not clean upon arrival, nor did we have two sets of keys, nor did we have access to the manager or to the apartment entry system. Our guests could not contact us from the front door, nor could we contact each other to gain access to the apartment. Multiple keys should have been provided.
Kathy would not make any adjustment on the price of the unit, neither for the cleaning or for the lack of access. It is unacceptable to rent something and then not be able to get in!
I would recommend that you NOT rent any property from this agency.
