I booked hotel at Lido Hotel for 7 nights from the 15th of September to 22nd of september. I paid with my debit and no reservation was given on the 6th of september. This is my reference no 244 2058081805. £240.06 was taken from my account without any confirmatiom. Please can this money bepaid back into my account as soon as possible as there is no confirmation for my booking.
