This company sells flights online has a number of sister companies but operates under the name of my vacations group. the normal method of selling ticket is to sell online and then to phone you a few days later to tell you that the flight you have booked is cancelled but you can have the same flight at a higher price, in my case a £501 flight became £620, i was furious because the sales technique used was to try and back me into a corner to try and squeeze extra £120 out of me. i asked for refund told refund will take 12 weeks then was told 4-5 weeks then told 3-4 working days. after 8 days still no refund after many many assurances even having one member of customer care team giving me a 120% assurance swearing on her mothers life that my refund will be there still no refund. I would say to all potential customers please be aware of the underhand tactics used by this company steer well clear of using them, i have found this out the hard way there is never a manager available to speak to you when you ask for one they all seem to be in a meeting at all hours of the day.
