Payments Delayed Every Month

I am working for them in SA for a main stream Wireless Service provider as consultant. The salary is late every month some times it gets delayed for two months. This X-max they reuined our holidays for delaying November as well as December pay..the helping staff is just full of time passing tactics... If possible choose any other agency..!!
