My Mother has received innumerable calls from their rep trying to get her to invest in their company. After sending her leaflets they rang again. I spoke on her behalf as she is an OAP and didnt fully understand what the calls and company were really about. At this point the rep became quite abusive. I explained I didnt like his tone and asked to speak with the manager. At this point he said in an abusive manner "GOOD LUCK " and hung up. My complaint is made to make others aware of this type of pressure sales and unprofessional conduct as I am certain that many other OAPS may well have been targeted. Maybe this company should be properly investigated. It may be quite legitimate but its sales techniques certainly are NOT!
