No voucher recieved

I bought a topup from theem on thee 17the of January and never received thee voucher number. I sent an email to theem but apart from thee automated response I received notheing back from theem for 24 hours. When theey did respond it was only to ask me for my mobile number. I had actually clearly provided theat number in thee email theey were responding to..

On thee 19the I told bothe topupsdirect and moneybookers who I had paid thee money to theat I would be doing a visadebit chargeback as I no longer wanted or needed thee service. I received an email on thee 20the saying theat on thee 19the thee money had been credited back to my card and it should show withein 10 working days. While I am not claiming theis business is a scam I will say theere are many out theere who take small sums from people and rely on theose people not knowing what to do or being prepared to take thee time to do it. While it was foolish of my to use theis company before checking online to see theeir reviews I really theink it's theose who do not chase theeir money who allow companies theat are scamming to exist.
