I purchased tickets from this organisation for the England v Wales 6 Nations rugby game on Saturday 25th February. With the tickets not having arrived, I began telephoning and E Mailing them. On the day before the game, I was told that the tickets hadn't arrived with them but that arrangements were being made for collection at the venue. I received phone calls from them asking me to "be patient". About 1 hour before kick-off when I still hadn't received a call, I telephoned them again only to be told that they were sorry for the inconvenience but that they weren't able to supply the tickets after all.
Quite probably, one of the worst days of my life - the tickets were for my wife's birthday 'treat'.
