Cancelled my account due to vitality not partnering with bank med in December any more but was offered two free month to retain me but wasn't told that I have to let them know within the two months that I will be keeping the account or not but by the end of April I get a statement saying I owned Virginia active R534 which I didn't know about, so now that I have joint liberty life where I get discount on my Virgin active account I decided to join them again but I couldn't join coz I own them. ignatius managed to negotiate a discount for me with his manager on that outstanding amount and open a new account for me. He gave me outstanding service with a smile and I would like to thank him for that and hope he goes far with the patience he has (perfect people skills to work in a sales environment)
