Bought a pair of riding boots, rec'd them and they didn't fit, Mailed them back per their policy and they sent me an email acknowledging that they got them, at the Customs office in U.K. After that tried a number of times over 5 months and several emails to get my money but with NO RESPONSE from them.
Finally they said they had no proof that I returned the boots so I emailed the email THEY SENT ME saying the boots had been rec'd at customs. How much more proof do you need then your own email!!! After that no response. I spent approx. $300 for the boots and shipping and GOT NOTHING for it.
This is the worst internet company I have ever bought from. Don't make the mistake I made, ... just don't buy from them!!!
