, Nico Katan, Returned boots on 4/15/09 because they didn't fit. I followed all their return rules and they said they got them back. On 5/15/09 they said they would be issuing a credit shortly
Returned boots back in April 09. Company said they would issue a credit on 5/15 and that they did get the boots. I have an email to that effect. I have not received a credit, refund check or anything. Have been trying to reach them by email. Sent a request for payment by Pay Pal as well today. ...
