I ordered a table tennis table, bats and balls from this joke of a company. I did not receive a confirmation of my order which made me nervous. After several phone calls said bats and balls were in post (they were and did actually arrive), the table would come direct from manufacturers and I was given a delivery date..
No delivery arrived, umpteen phone calls, hardly spoke to same person twice. Was even called 'sunshine' by one of their staff! Wrote to MD, no response. They NEVER return a phone call. 4 different delivery dates were promised after repeated phone calls, not one met, no information or explanation offered either. You cannot talk to the MD (Mr James Augusti) or even the accounts department. I ring them at least 4 times a day.
I have never had such an appalling net purchasing experience.
I have written and cancelled the order and requested my money back.
I am almost certain that I won't get it.
I am, however, in their area from time to time and will call at their premises to see what might be achieved by a physical presence.
