I like the consumer in report 327939 have been ripped-off by this excuse for a company. I made a purchase on their website on 04/06/08. I received an email the same day verifying that payment was complete and that delivery of my purchase would be soon after. I gave 2 weeks for delivery but no luck. After a number of phone calls I still got no straight answer. I was told that the product would be with me in a few days every time. Then after about 6 phone calls, all of which I made and of which they state they should make, I found out my product was never instock to dispatch. At this I cancelled my order and should have had my refund back in my account by 11/08/08 but as par to their performance no success. I would advice for this place to be closed!!!
