Just came back from H&M Camden Town UK trying to return an unsuitable item from online order. But the store manager refused to take the item even though the customer service on the phone said I am entitled to. After an hour in the store and many phone calls (at my own expense! ) between myself, the CS and the store manager, the CS just concluded that it is up to the store manager and the CS has to back the manager's decision.
The CS asked me to go to another H&M store to try my luck in returning the item! What kind of customer service is this? Try your luck in returning item that you are entitled to return??
