I ordered Revitalash and a mascara from this website and it has been a complete nightmare since!! The order was placed in March and I was told it was out of stock and that it would be in in a couple of weeks. This didn't happen.By May I had had enough and asked for a refund. I was told 7-14 days this again didn't happen so I emailed to ask what had happened, they apologised and said this would be done again within 7-14 days again this didn't happen. I have now asked 5 times for my refund as well as cancelling it online but still have not received it, it is now August!! I had to threaten to speak to my credit card company as well as trading standards to get a reply to one of the emails and they offered to send out a postal order I asked why they could not refund my card as this was how I had paid. So they promised to do this today 12 August which will take 7-14 days, we'll see. In amongst all of these emails they offer to send the items out telling me that they are now in stock even although I have told them countless times I don't want them and never wish to purchase anything from them again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wish I had looked at the number of complaints about this company before I committed to the purchase... lesson learned.
