McKenzie and Kennedy has ripped off so many people and their tactics are discracefull.
1/They dont pay you unless you get through 2 weeks of assesment and nearly everyone who has been in touch has mentioned that they extend this period in order for you to prove your self which means another week with no money, but guess what the owner still gets paid for all your sign ups. This also means if you don't make it through you get NO money and told to *>$ OFF basically. If you do make it you get 200 for this period and get paid the following week pushing it to 4 weeks with no money, baring in mind you pay 5-10 per day to get to the area's you need get to to cold call the business's to try and get sales.
2/To get to the management position you have to go through the procces as described above, then earn 20 per sign up you get (being SELF EMPLOYED). You get given new people (like yourself the previos weeks) to train and have to retain them, baring in mind this guy interviews 50 odd people a week every week and only 1 or 2 actually get through due to either;
Doing research after the interview
Walking out through the interview
Not calling back to see if they get the job (which everyone does get the job)
Strarting training and realising they are cold calling and selling
Not doing enough to meet his standards
Or being asked to leave quietly because they are asking to many questions or being negative around other poeple
The list goes on...
If you do retain about 4 people you can become a manager, because you are worth 30k per year, but if the people leave or don't perform your money drops, plus if you are earning more, he's earning less and then gets rid of you.
He earns off you, you earn of all your team, YES JUST LIKE PYRAMID selling.
3/ The hours, and one reason i left, a single mum and setting off at 7am to be there for 8am. I was getting home at 9pm completely missing my daughter and paying alot in childcare. Yes a 12 hour day for 20 per sign, up you can do a few a day, 3-4 if your good but you get paid one week then next week all the customers that have cancelled because their current provider won't let them go or for what ever reason, they take it back off you
This with your travelling money and the fact your self employed and have to pay your tax and NI is just not worth it, i was getting more on benefit

This is exactly how it is and makes me wonder if the American guy in Manchester Tim has just copied him and its just an act and the process is scripted to blag people who can't get a job or who are brainwashed to believe the rubbish that comes out of his mouth.
5/I received an e-mail about the contract, stating that they can sack you with no notice and no pay at any time, and it has parts in it that they can sack you for WHICH THEY TEACH YOU TO DO Making it easy for him to get rid of you once your past your sell by date, and he's not earning as much money off you.
So in summery, Tim is a con man and everything benifits him, you are taught that you need to be an A player to make it, but all you need to be is stupid enough to believe what he is saying. How an American can come over here and decieve, blag and use people is beyond me and talking to all the people who have got in touch who have been done by him, trading standards have been contacted more than once or twice to try and put a stop to this idiot making money of genuine people trying to earn a living.
