Our first impressions of Richard Davie who is the company director of IAA Ltd seemed fine. However, all went terribly wrong when our unsold auction items were returned to us. Sadly, the glass was broken and the frames damaged and without any explanation. Richard Davie hasn't even had the common courtesy to return our telephone messages and emails. We advise people who want to sell autographs or any valuable item in this field, please use someone else. He must not be allowed to get away with it. His insurance doesn't cove damage which is very poor considering the amount he charges.
His customer service has to be one of the worst we have ever experienced and find his business ethics truly disgraceful.
May we suggest the following auction houses who offer a higher level of knowledge and customer service.
