I have a problem with a large printing company who claim its all my fault.
I commisioned them to print 15000 full colour flyers.
When i opened the boxes i was horrified to see the flyers looked like a photograph negative.
I sent this company a 300dpi print ready pdf file that i have sent to other printing companies in the past and not had a problem.
What went wrong, is it my fault? or has someting went wrong with there printing process?
Also i cannot believe they continued to print these flyers when it was quite obvious there was something not right with them.
