The U.K. National Lottery
Attempted Scam Staines Middlesex

The U.K. National Lottery strikes again. They may have changed their name somewhat and their address, but they are still using the same-old tricks.

They say your lucky winning number was drawn from the World Wide Web through a computer draw system. I won two hundred thirty four thousand seven hundred and thirty seven Great British Pounds. they want you to keep it confidential. They also warn you about similar emails asking for your personal information. They are concerned someone might impersonate you and claim your winnings!

They want you to come to the United Kingdom to collect your winnings. This is what you are to send them:
(a) A printed copy of your WINNING NOTIFICATION
(b) An International Passport or Drivers license
(c) A Printed copy of your Verification form (you may be asked to fill it as done before)
(d) Six (6) passport photograph (3*4 size)

When you can't come, here comes the scam:
This is a three part/unit scam: the co-ordinator, the fiduciary agent, and the delivery service, this is the group that wants the money.

They give you three options for shipping "your package":
2ND day air:$993.11;3 business days:$952.57;4 business days:$900.98.

Everyone please be aware if you win a lottery, sweepstakes, etc. You don't have to pay to get your winnings. and if it sounds to good to be true, it probally is a scam.
