I have used Dial a phone for the purchase of a samsung D500 mobile phone and after certain periods you send back a redemption slip which gives youy money back. we posted ours back 5 days before expiry to them. they then sent it back to me two days after expiry! saying arrived too late and would not return 60 even after explaining this to them.
I consider that I have been ripped off by this company and would like to hear from other people who have experienced the same treatment so that we may consider getting the redemption system stopped. How many people forget to send them in, and how much money are they making out of this!
