I have a city card with a photo on it that proves im 27 and an E1 11 card with my name address and date of birth on it and i have used your branch at regent centre newcastle for many years i have no problem anywhere else and until recently i had no problem buying cigarettes here but they have said the identification that i showed isnt good enough my i have my photo and date of birth on my city card and still have been refused to sell me cigarettes now this wasnt a problem util the begining of this week i have shopped here for about 10yr and been getting served so why wont they now i am a single mother and cant afford to pay £50 for a drivers licence or £90 for a passport could you please tell me what to do as they say that this is all you except i could understand if i looked young but the staff say i have to look over 25 and the legal age for cigarettes is 18 i can send you copies of my city card and e1 11 if you need to see them i am very unhappy as i spend atleast £30 a day in your store i dont see why everywhere else will serve me but they wont in your store thanks cheryl taylor d.o.b 8th jan 1983
