Why is it when you pay money upfront for goods that they cannot give you the money back right away? they are quick enough to take. I have been a customer of Next retails UK for many years and usually shop on line but this last couple of months the customer service has been terrible. I ordered good to be delivered with a dc of about 4.oo pounds, it never came they told me it was because of the wrong address! but i had delivery 2 weeks before. They kept sending me emails asking for my new address and i kept telling them I DONT HAVE A NEW ADDRESS!!! they called me to apologise and said my refund would be in my account that day... guess what no money what do i have to do to get my money back... never again.
