I ordered a set of lights online in November. The lights never arrived. I contact the company several times and after being fobbed off with excuses about delays with the manufacturer I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Needles to say this has not been paid despite numerous emails and assurances from customer services that my refund would be paid. Today I have discovered that the company has ceased trading. As I paid by debit card it is unlikely that I will get my money back. Please do not order any goods from either New Lighting direct or New Furniture Direct.
