I went with my friend and younger sister for supposedly a photoshoot, makeover and a free photo for each of us. I was pressurised into paying £375, £75 of which was supposed to be a refundable deposit. For this price we recieved a CD with 11 photos on, we are still waiting for 2 CDS that have been touched up.
My cousin went supposedly beacause she won it free as had given her phone number. They contacted her the day before telling her that she could pay £300 for a portfolio which would be doubled to £600 worth of photos. They also did not refund her deposit and she only recived 7 photos and was not allowed for them to be touched up unless she paid extra.
You can never get through on the customer services numberas Emily is always busy but right on the back of the contract in tiny writting is this number 01216346621/22, I got through immediatley to no avail.
Stay away from this company at all costs as the saying goes if it sounds to good to be true is is!!!
