Washing machine purchased in September. Broke down the first time after 12 days. Since then it has broken down at least 5 more time's. Each time I have to wait at least 2 weeks before an engineer can visit to repair it, resulting in approx 3 months of being unable to use it. Disgusting customer service experienced. Baumatic will not issue me with a new appliance even though the said machine is now obsolete.
