I ordered a Fuji J250 from Camerabox, which arrived next day, after trying the camera, I was not happy with the shutter lag and focusing, so rang Camerabox, all I got was "All are operators are busy - please leave a message", I had no response to my message so rang again, same result, in fact I tried six times with same result, so sent camera back. It was returned immediately with standard letter saying It was over the time limit, they didn't even look at it, tried ringing again but with same result, so wrote a letter that was ignored, did eventually speak to someone who said the manager was on holiday. that was several weeks ago, still no reply.
My advice is do not buy anything from Camerabox, they are a waste of time.
