Ordered a sower enclosure and stonetray on their website and paid in full.received a call 2 days later asking what hand the tray was did so and was told delivery would be imminent. had a call 2 days later from haulier saying delivery on the next thursday. wife stayed in all day no delivery, called them .arranged for fri, delivery turned up driver said he would struggle which didnt matter because goods were smashed signed document as damaged. phoned qs next day they were not aware, took 11 calls and 2 weeks before they aggreed to send another saying courier had not returned goods and until they did they couldn't help. finally got goods a week later but driver said load to heavy would do his best. left them on drive all day, goods were ok but alas no waste with tray, phoned to order a waste for tray because it is an odd size seemed like i had disturbed the man from his sleep he said dont bother buying from us get your plumber to source one, took a week to source one, hope it fits, from start to finish QS have been a nightmare to deal with
