Greetings.

Things are getting pretty hot down here...

Since we purchased the Zen Cart there has been nothing but complications and it must be said that Netfirms has not been very helpful, and in a word it has been a very slow painful process.

The situation at the moment is as follows:-

1. It is NOT a case of changing the folder name, what comes up when I log into kmegd.com from Admin is a yellow highlighted wording that tells me that the php/admin should be changed for security reasons.

2. When I finally found clear instructions from another source and put it into practise it would not save.

3. The so-called "link" that Netfirms gave for support and information was a dud link and you no longer have it on your website... which is no help to someone trying to sort it all out.

4. I went on the Live Chat last night between 8.30 and 9pm BST here in the UK, 'Amanda' came on and I put my problems to her (BTW I know she is sales) however she did not want to know, kept putting me on to Technical Support, which no-one gets back to me on, told me to phone, when I'm in the UK, and then disconnected me in mid conversation... which I think was totally uncalled for, considering the trouble I am having.

5. I am also having trouble with deleting emails from our addresses of [email protected] and [email protected] for over three weeks now, tried technical support, even putting the error messages in my email to support, what happens? No replies from Netfirms.

6. Going back to the Zen Cart, I got fed up with the fact that I was getting nowhere, so I went back into Admin into the Zen store and started working on it to get the Category and pictures uploaded so that at least something could be seen... what happens? when making the category and uploading a picture, the server would not take it. I tried not once, but three or four times with different size pictures... NO GO. They would not upload.

7. For the umpteenth time I went to the Submit a Ticket, and wrote what had happened. If it is at all like all the other times over the past three or four weeks, nothing will happen.

8. Taking all this into consideration, and the fact that Netfirms are not giving me the support I need, after all it is advertised as support 24/7 (being in the UK and because of the fact that money is tight, after all you will have noticed that Klavar Music School International Limited has been dissolved because of lack of funds, there is no way I am going to waste money on a telephone call when emails can be sent), I would like to have the money we paid out for this Zen cart refunded in FULL and we will go somewhere else.

9. For the first time in all the years we have been with Netfirms, I/we are very dissatisfied with the service we have received. We can well do without all this: considering all the trouble we are in because of the recession in the UK which is getting worse.

I would like a reply asap.
