I no this may be a tricky subject for some but i ordered some thing for my partners birthday and she never recived it. I sent off for it on the 15th october Order Number: 181816 i have emailed many times and although i get a reply i always get no help or refund i recived an email offering an alternative product as mine was out of stock but yet again a stone wall no product or email they say they will email back in 24 hours but 4 days later no luck can you help me please many thanks Mr N.
