Ebay Second Chance Scam

I was fooled by a second chance Ebay offer that looked legitimate. I had been outbid on Hannah Montana tickets. patrick Ross offered me a deal and I wired the money to Tommy Paterson in London. HAd I checked more thoroughly I would have known better but my six year old was so excited to go. At any rate, watch out for these scammers - they seem to get around!
