Called them up 9 weeks ago afte finding them on Google. Their name says UK VISA GUARANTEED. After speaking to them it was apparent that they were offering visa services on a guaranteed basis. I paid them for a spouse visa (£1600) and then left them to work on the case. Last week they told me the visa was refused and they wont be able to do anything and they denied any guarantee. HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY DO THIS? IT IS IN THEIR NAME "GUARANTEE". PURE FRAUD AND LIES. They refused a refund and said they would need and additional £1000 to appeal the dcision. TOTAL FRAUD.
