I was promised that they would be able to privide essential functions on our website and they asked for the full amount up front. Luckily I only paid half the amount. A few weeks later, I got a phone call from Cris Muldowhey who was abrupt and rude saying there was no way they could do the things I had been promised. He said the employee who I had origionally spoken to had left (and that the name he had given me was not his real naame!). I had to chase them to get my money back, the manager (Tim Moor) did not reply to 3 answer machine messages and the receptionists were extremely unwilling to give me the details of anyone more senior who could deal with complaints. Eventually I got a name but she is unavailable for the next 4 days. I still have not had my money re-imbersed!

I would agree with other complaints - absolutely do NOT use this company. They are a nightmare to get hold of. They seem to only call you when they want your money and then dissapear.
