THE STAFF ON BOARD SPECIFICALLY THE UK STAFF WERE EXTREMELY LOUD. We could not sleep right through the night. The toilets were not kept clean. Terrible to have such a long flight with such noisy air staff and using dirty toilets. I will not fly VA again.
