No letter from Santa!

I bought a Groupon in November for a personalised letter from Santa. I ordered 2 letters, one for each of my grandsons. According to the website of the provider, these letters were to be posted by First Class mail on the 3rd of December. Because the letters would have to come to South Africa from the UK, I did think that posting on 3 December would be ok for the letters to arrive in time. To date, no letters have arrived. I have tried emailing the service provider to avail, I am actually in the UK at the moment, so I even phoned the number on the website. THere was no answer, only a recorded message telling you to go to 'reprint' on the website. I tried this, and there was no 'reprint' button. I am bitterly disappointed, my grandsons and 5 and 7, and there is no 'next year' for this. The 7-year-old will be too old, he's already not quite sure about Santa this year., and I really thought that letter from Santa would extend the magic for one more year. All I want now is my money back, but I have been able to get any response from these people.
