I to have had issues recently with skype. I joined skype over a year ago and now don't get me wrong they provide awesome service. for example a year ago my wife was in London for two weeks with her criminal justice class (we are from the USA) and I used skype to call her flat and talk with her the price is very good and the quality of the calls were excellent also during the past year plus I have used the USA and Canada unlimited calling for us $3 a month and have been very pleased. about 3-4 months ago I bought a skype in number using my pay pal (that is how I recharge every month) no issues there. Then in July I noticed two charges of $25 each on my pay pal for skype that I never authorized (I do a manual transaction each month for the USA and Canada) I went to my skype account online and canceled that feature (the auto recharge) yet it got reactivated. I then filed a complaint with pay pal for fraudulent charges. Pay pal walked me through canceling this with them... All total skype got into me for $150 and pay pal did their investigation and determined that these charges were authorized by me? I wonder how that happened? could the fact that eBay owns both company's and the fact that eBay is it big trouble with some big money law suites have anything to do with this?
