Mark (ebay Username Metawriting)
Incompetent writer who wastes your time and causes you grief!

I paid this individual who goes by the name of Mark, to write me a dissertation. In UK law this is legal and I intended this service as a learning tool. Mark guaranteed he will not publish or resell this dissertation in any form or shape in the future.

We agreed on details and set a deadline to give him 2 weeks to write it. I provided him with material to read on. I said this deadline is extendible by a few days.

Several days after the deadline, I still haven't heard from him, so I enquire the progress and ask to see a draft and how much he's written thus far. He ignored my wordcount question and claimed to sent me the draft. Nothing was received.

I asked again. He now sends me someone else's dissertation, with my name inside the document. I informed him I am unhappy with his service and that he will need to send me the correct draft. He then claimed it was simply a mistake and he will send me the draft later. Why not now was the question I had been asking myself.

He then starts getting hostile and uses superficial speeches when I insist he either send me the completed dissertation, show me a draft to prove he's been doing something over the past 2 weeks, or refund me fully. After much exchanges of meaningless emails, I dispute this issue on paypal. I give him a deadline to show me a draft or the service is terminated. He decided to terminate service and refund me, probably because he knew I know he's unable to deliver anything, let alone on time.

Now he tells me he plans on publishing a dissertation in a magazine using information taken from my proposal, which I have copyright ownership of. I refuse and he gives me that I'm a law expert speech and you have no grounds to stand on, and he will use my proposal in any way he wants in his dissertation.

I decided to wait for the refund because pursuing this nonsense. He stalls for time. I decided to chargeback his paypal by my credit card company. He instults me with words like I have a combative attitude, etc. How am I suppose to remain calm, polite, and trusting of him when he repeatedly reveals how suspicious he is?

This Mark aka metawriting from ebay is nothing but a liar. He's wasted my time, my money, and cost my much emotional distress.
