Note he said "fix this for the next release" - when next decade? why not fix it now...

Greetings Matt :-)

thank you for your quick reply. I did as you suggested which got rid of the
error message removing the code, however the datafeed still does not show up
in which I used
an upload.

To make things easier and for you to see exactly what is happening or not
happening, here is the URL for the test site, it is a non production site so
you can do what you need:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

admin
pw: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

In addition, you had asked me about the version/build of MySQL - this is why
in my previous letter I included the link:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - it tells everything about the
configuration of the server including the info you asked about.

Hopefully you will have some good news for me soon as to why the datafeed
doe not show though it goes through all the motions and seems t upload
successfully.

His Reply and to even try to put the problem possibly on to a wordpress problem...

Greetings Matt :-)

well sir the Table for Wordpress and many other applications were created by
the software that we have installed on the server without issue. Therefore I
am certain the permission to create tables. In addition, we can see that
something created wp_multifeed_rules in the database - I have attached a
screen shot of the Database for your trouble shooting pleasure :-)

I have searched the Multifeed Files in an effort to find an SQL file to feed
into the database - which does not exist.

On this particular server we have 142 Web Sites with many running scripts to
include OSCommerce, CMS Infusion, and many more without incidence and all
requiring permissions to install their related databases - as a matter of
fact, the setting for permissions in the server control panel are quite
simple since it is either all or nothing.

Sir with all due respect, I have given you the admin panel access to
wordpress for the test site. Obviously within a few moments you could
clearly determine that Wordpress is functioning correctly and that all
permissions are correct. I have sent you the Server Configuration
Information so you can see the entire configuration and the MySQL version. I
have sent you with this email a screen shot of the database which clearly
shows that the tables were created.

What more can I possibly do to facilitate the operation of this script?

What more information could I possibly provide that would give the answer to
what the problem is without hiring a PHP programmer?

From this moment on all we have received is silence and this may be from shear incompetence on Matthew Houldsworth part or plain out fraud.

We did not give up yet...

Greetings Matt Houldsworth :-)
